Monthly Talk: Food and Nutrition to Optimise Healthy Ageing

We’ll explore how our eating habits have changed over time, the key food groups and nutrients that matter most as we age, and simple, practical choices that support both body and brain—plus we’ll bust a few common myths along the way. Expect clear takeaways, no fads, and plenty of ideas you can put into practice straight away.
